Miranda Lambert is bringing a little somethin’ somethin’ with her Grammys look!
During a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the country songbird revealed the sexy "accessory" she's planning to bring with her on the red carpet: her husband, Brendan McLoughlin.
"I'm going sleek and sexy," the 37-year-old told ET’s Keltie Knight of her special piece of arm candy, days ahead of Sunday’s (March 14) ceremony. "I have a dress, and a really hot husband who has a really nice suit, so we're good on that. I'm not really a princess gal."
Apart from hitting the annual awards show with her hubby, Lambert is performing her Grammy-nominated song “Bluebird,” which earned her nominations for Best Country Song and Best Country Performance. The song appears on her newest album, Wildcard, the full-length record that has garnered the singer-songwriter a slot in the running for Best Country Album Grammy this year as well.
Elsewhere during her ET interview, Lambert also teased what fans and viewers at home can expect from her upcoming 2021 Grammys set.
"The set is beautiful,” she shared. “It's very feminine and beautiful. Also, there's an energy with my band and I, because we haven't played 'Bluebird,' really, since it's been 'Bluebird.' So we're really happy to be up there and playing music."
She continued, "I think 'Bluebird' just came at a really crazy time. I think the message of the song, we obviously would never have known what we were writing when we were writing it. But when it became a single, it was kind of the beginning of 2020. So I think it was kind of a little beacon of a song of hope for people."
