Drink beer and hike: Anheuser-Busch is hiring Chief Hiking Officer

The job listing of a lifetime has become available from Anheuser-Busch-owned brewery, a Chief Hiking Officer position, that will be drinking beer and hiking across 14 states. The application process is very extensive but worth it for people who love the outdoors and beer.

The position will pay for someone who hikes the Appalachian Trail through 14 states for half of 2021, starting on March 1. They will be provided gear, airfare to the starting point and will have beer parties hosted by Anheuser-Busch along the way. This position also gets a $20,000 stipend.

The selection process is very extensive with a four phase selection process. Each application must include a written portion and a 60-second video explaining why you are passionate about the job and what wilderness or adventure experience you have. The first round of applications are being accepted through July 31. Applicants also have to be 21 years old.
