July 4th at Moosehaven

Some weather forecasters said it was the hottest day of the year and we weren't disagreeing. But it sure didn't stop us from celebrating America's birthday on the 4th of July.

It kind of felt like we were moving as slow as sloths because it was so hot...

But not these guys!!!!

Thousands of happy Americans brought their families to enjoy the live music, the booths, the kid zone, the river, and of course, fireworks!

Michael Ray got there early-he brought 20 of his family members to celebrate the 4th and we all went for a golf cart ride. Gotta love the pink solo cup

Runaway June wowed us all with their harmonies. And how do they  look like they never  sweat?

Meanwhile backstage, Michael Ray's new puppy was getting into the USA spirit.

When Michael Ray took the stage, he had to play some Lynyrd Skynyrd. Gotta do that when in Jacksonville!

The one thing we were dreading was getting up early the next morning after a long holiday weekend, but this song made it seem like it wouldn't be so bad.

BOOM!
