Luke Bryan and his wife, Caroline, celebrated their 10 year anniversary a few months ago and Luke wanted to really thank his wife.
"Ten years with me feels like a thousand", he joked. He gave her a "little" 10 year anniversary gift, this beautiful engagement ring she's wearing at the recent CMT Artists of the Year show.
Luke says the ring was an upgrade from her original engagement ring. He's had a few years to save a few dollars!
