Kip Moore shared his workout tips and I watched intently to get some great ideas. It's not hard to watch! Kip surfing, Kip rock climbing, Kip lifting weights! Kip kept it real and not only shared his fitness but said that keeping his mind healthy "is a whole other animal. I've always been a bit of a basket case".
Kip says he tries to meditate and pray for his mental fitness.
And after his workout he opened up his refrigerator. Avocados, eggs, tomatoes, salsa....and then they found the big old bag
of M& M'S!
