It's available for pre-sale and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to Make-A Wish of Central and Northern Florida.
You can buy a pre-sale voucher for $25 plus fees through your local County Tax Collector's Office or DMVs across Florida.
They will need to sell enough pre-sale vouchers before they can manufacture the specialty plate.
