Chris Iannetta, the catcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks, says he doesn't remember a lot of last Friday's baseball game... the first thing he really remembers is getting hit in the face by a ball. It wasn't just any old pitch that smacked Iannetta in the face... it was a 93-mph fastball.
It left him with a fracture in his nose, a split lip, several damaged teeth and a fuzzy memory.
A CT scan came back negative, but the team has put him on the seven-day concussion disabled list anyway.
Here's video of the moment Chris was hit in the face.
