The things you see in New York City.... an Instagram user caught a guy on video riding the subway in New York City on the OUTSIDE of the train.
According to the New York Post, It happened last Friday morning, on a Brooklyn train to Manhattan. The subway surfer held on for one stop, before getting off the side of the train and going on his way.
