The date is set for Jacksonville's Veterans Day parade. The parade will happen in downtown Jax next Thursday, Nov. 11 at 11:01, sponsored by the Law Offices of Ron Sholes.
Jacksonville's Veterans Day parade is considered to be one of the largest Veterans Day parades in the Southeast.
The parade will start at the corner of North Jefferson Street and Water Street and will then head East on Water to Laura Street.
It will feature active-duty and retired military, veterans groups, senior military officials, grand marshals, local high school marching bands, decorative floats, giant balloons and JROTC units.
