We've got to get it together, me included. 40% of Americans in a recent survey say that going up or down a single flight of stairs makes them realize how out of shape they are. Even going down a flight. Dang.
60% admit they're reluctant to do any exercise. Half of those people said it's because exercise just feels like a lot to do. Then we get achy joints from NOT moving which makes us not want to exercise because the joints are hurting.
My doctor has told me that walking at a decent clip for 20 minutes is great exercise. Five days a week, walk with a purpose for 20 minutes and you'll see results. Let's all do it and turn this thing around!
