In case you missed it, the American Customer Satisfaction Index has come out with their Restaurant Report for this year. And for the 8th straight year Chick-Fil-A tops the list. In second place Jimmy John’s, followed by Domino's, KFC, Chipotle, Panera, Pizza Hut and, for this survey, Starbucks is considered fast food and finished 8th.
As for full-service restaurants, Longhorn Steakhouse received the highest grade, followed by Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, Friday's, Olive Garden, Red Robin and Outback.
