If there's anyone I trust to advise me on how to live a long life, it's this woman! Olive Westerman is giving us the secret to reaching 100 years of age.
“Avoid talking to strange men and you’ll be just fine,” she said at her 100th birthday celebration.
Westerman was born in the UK before women had the right to vote. She also had some other advice for living a long and prosperous life.
“Simply be happy and content to be alive and make the most of what you have,” she told South West News Service.
She had a fabulous birthday celebration at Deewater Grange Care Home and according to their Facebook page, she even got a card from the King!
