Jules’ Undersea Lodge is the only underwater hotel in the United States, and it's located in Key Largo, Florida. That's where Joseph Dituri has been since March 1st, attempting to set the record for the longest time living underwater without depressurization.
The professor and retired U.S. Naval officer wanted to see how bodies reacted to long-term exposure to extreme pressure.
He also has long-term plans and is currently still staying 30 ft. deep and seeing this experience through. Judging by Jules' Undersea Lodge's Instagram, Joseph seems to be getting a lot of visitors who scuba dive down to see him!
