This upcoming weekend, Kline Creek Farm in West Chicago, IL will be demonstrating how candy was made in the 1890s and will even offer up samples to taste the difference in candy from back then.
Kline Creek Farm uses a wood-burning stove in their 1890s farmhouse kitchen to show us exactly how it's done. I had absolutely no idea how this was done, but it sure looks incredibly tasty! Time for a road trip to Illinois.
