COVID-19/FLU VACCINATION DRIVE
WHAT: Free COVID-19 & Flu Vaccines
$10 grocery card will be given for each vaccine administered.

Jacksonville, Fla., Aug. 2021 - Jacksonville residents are invited to receive a COVID-19 and or the flu shot from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14 at the Kappa Memorial house located at 3717 Moncrief Rd West. The Pfizer and Janssen Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be administered. Florida Blue will be onsite to share benefits and enrollment opportunities for the Affordable Care Act also known as Obamacare.
The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons aged 12 and up. The Janssen Johnson & Johnson vaccine is authorized for persons aged 18 and up. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a guardian.
