A Miami-Dade County woman is facing charges in her daughter's death. Court documents show 24-year-old Krystal Marie Banegas is charged with aggravated manslaughter and child neglect.
Her four-year-old daughter was shot to death by one of her younger brothers at their home in West Little River last month.
Banegas' boyfriend 25-year-old Quavanta Ennels, a convicted felon who owned the gun, according to court records, is charged with aggravated manslaughter, child neglect and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
He's due back in court this morning .
