(Jupiter, FL) - Golfing great, Tiger Woods' medical records are now part of his DUI case after a Florida judge approved prosecutors' request for his prescription drug records, according to ESPN.

The medical records are under a protective order and will be available only to prosecutors, law enforcement, expert witnesses, and the defense.

Woods' medical info will not be made public.

"I'm requesting that as a part of the order authorizing the issuance of a subpoena, that the order include that the records obtained by the state can be shared by their law enforcement people, their experts, shared with me and no one else," Tiger's attorney Doug Duncan told the judge during the hearing in Stuart Tuesday.

The 50-year-old golfer pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor DUI after rolling his SUV near his Jupiter Island home in March.
