Florida Town Holds All-Mail Referendum for Six Voters

PLANT CITY -- An election in Florida will be held entirely by mail this summer.

Only six people are eligible to cast a ballot.

Those six voters reside in a 134-acre area that is being considered for annexation into Plant City, east of Tampa in Hillsborough County.

Any additional potential voters residing in the area must be registered to vote by June 21st and any ballots must be received by the Supervisor of Elections before 7 p.m. on July 19th.
