President-elect Donald Trump still has several legal hurdles to face before taking the oath of office. Former Federal Prosecutor David Weinstein [[wine-steen]] expects Trump to be sentenced November 26th in New York in his hush money case. He expects him to be sentenced to probation which will be suspended as the case is appealed. Trump also has his January 6th case in D.C. and the classificed documents case pending in Florida. He expects both cases to be dismissed by the new incoming attorney general.
