Shoes are apparently a "breeding ground" for coronavirus according to experts. Saying it can survive on rubber, leather, or plastic surfaces for up to five days - mostly on the sole of the shoe.
It is recommend to remove your shoes before entering the house and wash your shoes if they are machine-washable.
