There have been country stars who have had their images on a Nascar race car.
But none has had a race named after them. Until now.
On July 23, the Brickyard 400 will be run at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The race has a new title sponsor... the Big Machine record label.
As a result, the race has a new name and this year, it will be called, the Brantley Gilbert Big Machine Brickyard 400. Yep, the RACE is named after Brantley Gilbert! Of course, he'll be performing at the event.
