Vince Vaughn was busted early yesterday morning for DUI and resisting arrest in Hermosa Beach, California.
Vaughn got nailed at a DUI checkpoint at around one in the morning. A passenger in his car was also taken in for public intoxication and obstruction. They were both released later in the day.
This is Vaughn's first DUI, but he was arrested back in 2001 for a bar fight in Wilmington, North Carolina. Charges were later dropped. Steve Buscemi was also involved, and he got stabbed.
