Disney Sued over a character in Toy Story 4

In "Toy Story 4", the character Duke Caboom was an obvious nod to stuntman Evel Knievel who thrilled folks, mostly in the 60's and 70's. He passed away in 2007. But the people who control Evel's name and likeness don't see it as a compliment . . . mainly because they didn't make any bank on it.

K&K Promotions is suing Disney and Pixar for damages, saying they ripped off Knievel's image without permission, and made money off of Duke Caboom toys!

If you're old enough, Evel had his own stunt cycle toys. I don't know about you but mine never worked the way it did on that commercial!
