National Geographic lists it as one of the 10 Best Holiday Displays in the World... we’re talking about the St. Augustine Nights of Lights…. And it kicks off this Saturday night!
The "Light Up! Night" event starts at 4:00 at the Plaza de la Constitucion, with the lights being switched on at about 6:30.
The St. Augustine Nights of Lights will run through Jan. 31st.
There are all kinds of ways to see the blocks of light displays and lights decorating buildings and trees... You can simply walk around, you can do a boat tour, a trolley tour, or even an air tour.
It's a terrific Northeast Florida tradition and if you have any out-of-town visitors this holiday season, take them. They will be impressed.
