St. Augustine Nights of Lights will be here before you know it!

I know I'm a little ahead of the curve on this one, but people come from all over to see this!

The 29th Annual Nights of Lights, showcasing more than 3 million lights, will run from November 19, 2022, to January 31, 2023, in historic St. Augustine. During this time, many downtown businesses stay open later, giving you a chance to bask in the beauty of the season.

We took a trolley ride a few years ago and it was awesome! The trains and trolleys offer special seasonal tours that take you through and there are also a variety of specialty tours as well — it's beautiful to see it from the water, just saying.

The start of the Nights of Lights is Light-Up! Night, which begins at 4 p.m. with holiday musical favorites. Then at 5:30 p.m., the All Star Orchestra takes the stage with some swing and big band sounds all ready for the holiday at the historic Plaza de la Constitución Gazebo. The acutally lighting for Light-Up! Night begins at 6:30 p.m. in the plaza. Tip: get there early.

The city offers park and ride shuttles throughout the run of Nights of Lights, info here.
