VIDEO: 12-year-old Campbell Keenan from Massachusetts was fishing with his mom while on vacation in South Florida when he got the catch of a lifetime!
While out on the fishing excursion with his mother in Fort Lauderdale, he realized he had a big fish on his line, but didn't initially realize just quite HOW big that fish on the other end of his line was. “They gave the rod to me and I just started crankin’,” Keenan said.
It took about 45 minutes to land the 11-foot-long shark, which weighed around 700 pounds. The shark was tagged and released back into the ocean.
