If you live in Clay County this could be a fun family day to get everyone outside. Carlton Construction posted these photos on their Facebook page and well it looks really cool for the residents of Clay County. In the photos below you can see soccer fields, a shade pavilion, stadium field with lights, eight sand volleyball courts and more. So cool to see a multi use park that will benefit the Clay County area and surrounding communities. If you google this project nothing pops up yet. I'm sure they still have to go through the process and get this voted on by the county. Look forward to seeing this project take shape. Good luck Carlton Construction and all your partners. Carlton Construction are working on Phase 1 now (the master plan shows all the items in Phase 1), due to be completed by end of year. The future phases are just a high-level idea of what the remainder of the park could look like. Nothing is set in stone, especially since funding from the state would be required and there aren’t any current timelines right now for the future phases.
