First dates can be tough and awkward. So, why not pick a familiar place that can spur many topics that you can talk about like.... Target. Yes, Target, as in the department store. Yes, for a first date. Sounds weird, but one TikToker says she went on a first date with a guy and it was great!
In a TikTok video, Amber Smith talks about how she matched with a guy on HInge and he suggested they go to Target for their first date.
In her follow-up video, Amber says the date ended up being a success. According to Amber, walking around Target and seeing various items helped spark conversation between Amber and her date. If you think about it... that makes sense. And as weird as it sounds, her date compared it to taking a walk in the park... walk in the park or Target...not that much of a difference. I get it.
